Domestic Shipping Rates & Methods
We offer a simple, transparent flat-rate shipping structure for all domestic orders based on your cart total.
  • Shipping Cost Calculation: Your shipping fee is 20% of your total product cost, with a minimum charge of $10.00.
  • Example:
    • For a $40 order, the calculated 20% is $8.00. The minimum fee of $10.00 applies.
    • For a $60 order, the calculated 20% is $12.00.
    • For a $100 order, the calculated 20% is $20.00.
 
Order Subtotal Shipping Fee
Under $50.00 $10.00 (minimum flat rate)
$50.00 and over 20% of order subtotal
 
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding holidays). You will receive an Order Confirmation Email once your purchase is complete.
  • Please note that during high-volume periods (such as holidays), processing times may be extended. We will communicate any significant delays proactively.
 
Estimated Delivery Times
Once processed, you can expect your order to arrive within the following estimated timeframes:
  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We work with reputable carriers like UPS and FEDEX to ensure timely delivery.
 
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
 
Shipping Restrictions
  • We currently only ship within the United States.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
 
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
 
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at service@suppliez.co and send photos of the damage. If a package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
